• Guests are welcome and encouraged

• The location will be in the banquet room at Kay's Real Pit Bar-B-Que & Steaks.

• Dinner will start at 7:00 PM. (so we can start eating about 7:30)

• An abbreviated meeting (Reports Only) will start at 8:00 PM.

• Prizes for our Club participation program will be presented by Lee Royer. (see special note at Prizes below)

• There will be NO Model of the Month or Show-n-Tell.

• Ends: 9:00PM

So this year’s banquet will be at Kay's Real Pit Bar-B-Que & Steaks.

We will be ordering from their regular menu.

Everyone will be responsible for their own tab and tip.
