Meeting/Awards starts @ 08:00 PM

• This is a pre-pay banquet.  The cost is $12 per person.

• You must pay Gerry Armstrong member by January 10, 2008.  

• You may pay him during the December meeting or pay one of the e-board members at the field on the weekends.

• You may also mail your payment to IRKS, 443 Consolata Ave NW, Palm Bay, FL 32907. Make the checks payable to IRKS.

• Guests are welcome and encouraged

• Dress is Casual

• The location will be the Front Street Community Center , (Our normal meeting location.)

• Dinner will start at 7:30 PM.

• An abbreviated meeting (Reports Only) will start at 8:00 PM.

• Awards for 'Pilot of the Year' will be presented by our Contest Director Tom Dobyns.

• Prizes for our Club participation program will be presented by Sue Lawrence. (see Prizes below)

• There will be NO Model of the Month or Show-n-Tell.

The Meal

• The banquet meal will be a sit and serve by our very own professional chef Anne Gregory.

• You MUST to be present to win participation prizes.

• Volunteers will be needed 6:30PM to set up the tables and chairs, as well as breaking it down afterwards.
